The Operations Strategy Consultant (OSC) uses strategy consulting skills, business knowledge, processes, measurements tools to analyze issues and drive solutions to transform the client's business operations. The OSC provides team leadership, as well as managing client relationships in complex environments. Operations Strategy practitioners specialize in identifying the capabilities that are required to execute business strategies and in defining how operational models should be configured, implemented, and continuously improved. With deep experience in operations strategy, they provide clients with the support needed to address the operational issues that are crucial to success. The Operations Strategy Consultant responsibilities include business process modeling, operational transformation, sales operations planning, rapid process change strategic profit improvement.

Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years experience in Business Process Re-engineering, Process Improvement or Lean Sigma for Supply Chain Management
- Readiness to travel Up to 2 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Fluent
Preferred
- At least 3 years experience in Business Process Re-engineering, Process Improvement or Lean Sigma for Supply Chain Management
- At least 3 years experience in Change Management
- At least 3 years experience in Public Sector Industry - Government, Defense, Federal Agency, State / Local government
- At least 3 years experience in Consulting
