Operations Supervisor (Document Management)

Position Description:

The Information Center Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations for his/her facility. Will assist the Information Center Manager by providing leadership and support in a variety of areas including: Customer relations, work order administration, company-wide initiatives and achievement of business goals.

• Supervises and assigns specific responsibilities and tasks to Information Center Specialists and/or Couriers.
• Interacts with Customer CARE, ICM, Account Manager, and other Recall personnel to assure superior customer service to both external and internal customers by providing accurate and timely follow-through on all inquiries.
• Communicates with customers to ensure orders are processed on-time and complete.
• Evaluates processes to ensure optimization of resources in relation to route management and IC operations.
• Meets or exceed customer requirements. This position requires a person who embraces customer service with a passion.
• Coaches and mentors all direct reports. Conducts performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary action.
• Supports and assists IC Manager in all cost control measures, which include overtime management, expense control and productivity.
• Adheres to and manages compliance with all Recall Standard Operating Procedures and safety/security standards.
• Administers receipts and closes Work Orders daily by reviewing and modifying to ensure billing accuracy. Ensures that all work orders are ready for billing within monthly deadline.
• Assists in facility and vehicle management including building, shell, racking, fire code compliance and maintenance.
• Completes all necessary paperwork or provides verbal updates on team activity, safety, processes and other areas of responsibility.
• Demonstrates a high proficiency in ReQuest.
