Operations Support Executive

One of our leading clients operating in the financial service sector is recruiting for an Operations Support Executive to join their expanding team. As a key member of both the contact centre and operations team you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to a large customer and client base.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the operations team provides a level of customer service that portrays both the corporate image and values of our organisation, and meets the overall business objectives. To actively suggest and support the continuous improvement of processes within operations to ensure SLA’s and Business Strategy is delivered.

In addition to this, you will be required to monitor individual performance against targets via daily / weekly Work Manager Reports to be discussed in weekly check-ins.

This is a part time temporary assignment until the end of August working a total of 18 hours per week. There are a variety of shift patterns including:

1) Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10AM – 4PM
2) Monday – Friday 10AM -2PM
3) Saturday OR Sunday and 2 evening shifts throughout the week
