Operations Support – German recruitment
Working as part of a busy team your duties will primarily be to assist in the processing of all customer transactions such as both inward and outward remittances, Direct Debits and Standing Orders as well as clearing.
Your main duties will include:
- Ensuring that Customer Settlement transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify and resolve errors promptly
- Adherence to and compliance with Quality Management System (QMS)
- Customer contact relating to Payments processing and other operational enquiries
This is an ewxciting role which will involve extensive client contact and where you will rally be able to make your mark.
Fluent German language skills as well as previous banking experience is a pre-requisite for this position.
