Huon Aquaculture Group is one of the largest
Atlantic Salmon farmers in Australia and produces
the Huon brand of premium Salmon products.
One of our terrific employees is taking some time off for family reasons. So we are looking a experienced person to take on the challenges of the Operations Support Officer position in the Aquaculture team on the farm at Hideaway Bay, near Dover. It is expected that the successful applicant would have 2-3 years administrative experience.
This position is for a 12 month period initially, and will be advised of any options for extending the time if they arise along the way.
Applications are invited from self-motivated, experienced individuals who have a passion for attention to detail, data entry, purchasing, stock control, and coordinating processes for the maintenance team and managers on the farm.
The successful candidate will be able to adapt to the environment quickly, be confident to develop relationships in a farm environment, and be willing to continue to implement stock control on the farm site.
