Operations Support Specialist

JOB SUMMARY Assist in the day to day operations providing administrative support to management. Provide support to collect and distribute information and assist management in the employment process. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide administrative support to Center operations and special projects. Compose and edit general correspondence, minutes, reports, agendas, etc. Establish and maintain filing systems. Compile, create and distribute recurrent reports. Assist in preparation of spreadsheets, proposals, and presentations as assigned. Support the payroll process and expense reports. Answer telephone calls and properly route customer issues to correct parties for resolution. Coordinate and support the ordering of supplies and the coordination of company sponsored events. Schedule and coordinate meetings. Make travel arrangements as needed. Coordinate vendor and building maintenance activities as needed.
