Operations Team Leader/Director recruitment
Position Description
- Liaise with Compliance on any new or change of local regulations
- Coordinate with users on regulatory queries or audit
- Conduct sampling check on regulatory reporting
- Conduct process/procedure review local regulatory
- Requirements in relevant and ensure up to date
- Coordinate with users on any new or change of regulatory reporting
Skills Required
- Over 10 years banking experience with a minimum of 5 years Loan Ops processing experience over.
- High personal commitment and integrity
- Sound knowledge in the related field, able to drive new initiatives and put forward new ideas
- Able to motivate/develop people to make deliverables within target
- Good communication and organizational skill, able to interact and work effectively across functional/locations in multiple tasks
- High sense of risk awareness and good understanding of the local regulations, able to articulate identified risk-issues before they are obvious to a broad spectrum.
