Up to £50,000 p/a London
A leading commercial lending firm is looking for a Strategic Analyst to join the Strategy, Operations and Technology team within the within the organization. This candidate would preferably come from a strong consulting background with a degree of IT understanding.
Skills Experience required:
• Collate, analyse and present information and numerical data to support operating model reviews, recommendations and strategic planning.
• Identify relevant and meaningful data. Investigate and resolve conflicts and inconsistencies in the data.
• Propose the approach to analytical work to deliver robust findings and best use of Analyst time.
• Contribute to the creating of a library of information and data, to speed delivery of future projects and ensure use of common data and sources.
• Build a network of contacts at management level to source information.
• Key partner areas are Operations Technology, Business teams, Finance, Change, HR, Sourcing and Corporate Real Estate Services.
• Contribute to the set up and ensure smooth running of cross functional teams working on strategy projects.
• Develop communications material to support the Head of Transformation in briefing Executives on findings and recommendations.
• Look across our competitors and outside industry to extract best practices and engage in thought leadership within Operations Technology.
• Run strategy projects in line with company governance and maintain confidentiality.
