These are senior management roles with responsibility for corporate financial reporting or strategic business analysis /decision support.  They will require depth and breadth of technical knowledge and leadership experience, combined with innovation and creativity to develop strategies to drive performance.  The goal is to achieve high quality management information and external reporting from organisational, process and technology platforms that are best in class.

You will have management experience of either corporate reporting or strategic decision support and current knowledge of regulatory frameworks and the challenges impacting financial services.  Also important are strong relationship building, influencing and stakeholder management skills and experience of both contributing to and supporting the implementation of finance change.

Key Requirements 

• High calibre finance professional with relevant experience gained in a leadership role within financial services

• Commercially focused; high levels of business acumen and the ability to understand, communicate and apply the impacts of developments in accounting and regulation

• Good grasp of the economics, risks and risk management of banking products

• Track record of managing deliverables to tight deadlines

• Ability to remain focussed and effective during a period of significant change
