Opportunity: M&A – TMT- Analyst / Associate – LDN recruitment
JOB DESCRIPTION
My client is an asset management and financial advisory business who have a strong presence in western markets with a focus on the TMT sector. Having been successful in building their business and as the market continues to develop; first class expertise is critical to sustaining the firm’s competitive advantage and continued business success. They are currently recruiting for an individual with 2 – 4 years work experience and with TMT deal experience to join their team. You will be getting the opportunity to work with a number of very experienced professionals at well versed in carrying out TMT deals around the world.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Professional with a corporate finance – MA background with 2 – 4 years experience
• Preferably from top bank / boutique or BIG4 firm.
• Strong sector coverage is idea - TMT.
• Strong technical skills are essential
• Fluency in English – other languages would be a bonus.
• Team player and personable character
• Ability to work in the UK.
