Ops Excellence Analyst
I. Job Summary
Under supervision, the Ops Excellence Analyst works closely with Vendor Service Management to identify operational, production and compliance issues.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
-Identifies operational, production and compliance issues as defined in service related agreements.
-Analyzes the root cause, documents findings and disseminates the information to Management and Business Partners.
-Prepares reports on findings and recommends improvements to policies and procedures.
-May recommend remedial training for employees/associates in order to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
-Trouble shoot issues that are isolated both by internal and external departments.
-Writes Standard Operating Procedures.
-Assists in evaluating the control systems and compliance therewith.
-Provide assistance to external areas as requested i.e. Internal Audit, Billing
-Work on Special Projects as assigned

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Required: Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Accounting, Finance or similar area of study, and zero to three years previous experience.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Accounting, Finance or similar area of study, and zero to three years previous experience.
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
None required.
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
-Basic to Intermediary Excel Skills
-Experience in Internal Audit and Finance
-Ability to apply audit concepts to audit findings
-Strong Understanding of Vendor Services Operations and its role within the Company
-Organization and Time Management Skills
-Analytical Abilities
-Ability to Multi-task
