Description

Under general supervision, defines, develops, implements, and maintains quality solutions for client business needs. Performa analysis and organizes information to develop requirement definitions and functional design documents. Participates in project implementation and follow-through by mapping system processes, reconciling system changes, and monitoring system post-implementation. Participates in medium to large size projects of medium to high complexity.

INTERACTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND INFLUENCE: Provide or request straightforward information.

WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND INFLUENCE: Write basic reports or correspondence, where examples of both format and content exist and require little modification. May involve documenting technical results/procedures

CLIENT CONTACTS: Maintains effective contact at various levels in the organization. Begins to build external client contacts and is regularly available and responsive to their business needs. Seeks feedback from clients to ensure that expectations are met.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBLILITY: No direct management responsibility.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBLILITY: Guides the successful completion of moderate projects and may function in a project leadership role.

LEADERSHIP: Takes a lead role in a work group, team, or project. Mentors/trains others. Monitors the progress of a overall group and individual goals. Delegates appropriately and encourages independent behavior.

PROBLEM SOLVING: Applies knowledge to help solve moderately complex problems with minimal direction. Uses research and analysis to develop innovative solutions.

IMPACT: Decisions directly influence project completion, client relationships and/or expenditures.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE: Working knowledge in professional field to perform to work independently. Understands developments in field and their impact on work.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree MIS, CIS, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience

JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two years related experience. The ideal candidate will have experience creating Macros and experience working with Microsoft Access.
