Job Description

Role Type - Direct Contract , 1 year

To support STORM II implementation for our 24 core markets including data migration, data validation, change request preparation, business requirement preparation and process implementation.
Provide weekly and ad-hoc update to project progress including reports preparation, issue log, quality assurance and error fixing tasks.
Prepare implementation plan and co-ordination work between key stakeholders, operations team, project core team, products and technology team.
Support ongoing data intergartion work on SCB Central Data Management Platform (GoldenSource) and SeCCURE (BaNCS Ref Data application for Client and Counterparty), work together with other stream lead to rollout reference data feed to transaction management, core settlement, corporate actions, fund services syatem including Multifonds and Charles Rivers system for Securities Services globally.
Prepare data governance guideline and requirements report

Key Roles Responsibilities

Primary point of contact on data migration, data clean up and implementation to SCB Central Data Management Platform (GoldenSource) and SeCCuRE (BaNCS reference data application for client and counterparty)
Provide problem solving, error handling on data quality issue
Prepare daily ,weekly, ad-hoc issue reports and control the data quality of incoming and outgoing data
Resolve user enquiries and reference data related issue
Work together with GSSC CRDM team on data management and problem solving, UVT and DR tasks
Prepare Change Request, Business Requirements and other reports
Take part in STORM II project meetings and reference data related meetings
Contributing to solutioning of data related issues
Continually identify opportunities to improve data management efficiency/performance of the SCB Securities Services Oerations process

Qualifications Skills

Good data management skills with 2-3 years data management or project implementation experience in banking or financial related sector.
Knowledge of Enterprise Data management Platform such as GoldenSource, Assst Control
Knowledge of reference data such as securities masters, client and counterparty etc.
Knowledge of data vendor and market data such as Corporate Actions data, EOD pricing, FX rates, Ratings
Good understanding in Securities Services operations or banking back office operations
Good analytical and proble solving skills
Effective interpersonal and communication skill
Able to identify and manage both transactional and operational risks
Good English skill in communications, report writing
Good MS office skill
