Options Trading
Department:
My client, an investment bank, are looking to add an associate/ VP-level interest rate options trader to the desk in London. The trader will be working on the Hybrids desk managing their own risk and working directly with the Head of Derivatives Trading.

Daily responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Market making G20 IR/ FX Options
- Managing your own risk
- Working directly with the Head of Derivatives Trading to further build the franchise
- Close interaction with Sales, Research and DCM teams
- Increase the flow across current distribution channels by working closely with other internal key stakeholders
- Producing PNL
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience on an FX / Interest Rates Options desk
- Experience managing risk across G20 currencies
- A very good degree and academic record
- Must have market knowledge, interest, and experience in Fixed Income industry including a thorough knowledge of IR/ FX options products
- Familiarity with electronic trading / payment platforms etc
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial
