OptumHealth Collaborative Care Worksite Clinics Manager
This position is officed-based in any of our 3 primary clinic locations: Minnetonka, MN, Phoenix, AZ, or Green Bay, WI.
As the manager of our worksite clinics, you will manage and supervise the operational and administrative functions, activities, and personnel of several worksite health, wellness and clinical centers. Responsibilities include developing innovative approaches to the delivery of onsite clinical services. Includes the managing, planning and coordinating the operations of the clinic to include: supervising all clinic staff, monitoring delivery of patient services, planning for operational workflow improvements and acting as liaison with patients, internal stakeholders and contracted provider groups.
- Manage a wide variety of professionals in different clinic sites located throughout the country
- Responsible for the operation of the on-site health, wellness and clinical centers
- Manage and is accountable for professional employees and acts as team leader for the centers
- Ensure standards of care are implemented and in compliance with all state and federal regulations, standards of practice, and company policies and procedures
- Work cooperatively with contracted clinical providers and health/wellness clinicians
- Facilitate excellent customer satisfaction while achieving team and division specific goals
- Support the worksite center team by providing leadership and promoting collaboration with internal and external team members
- Manage and address the volume of guests and data.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 10+ years health care industry experience preferably in managing the delivery of onsite services for employer groups
- 5+ years of clinical management experience including:
-Progressive experience leading a team of clinical professionals in program innovation and implementation of quality standards
-Demonstrated success managing clinical services as it relates to exceeding the employer group's expectations
-Clinical personnel management including hiring/termination and performance evaluation
-Developing and managing operating budget 1,000,000
-Evaluating clinical services to maximize use of clinical resources and identified opportunities to streamline processes and cost effectiveness
- 50% travel among all clinics throughout the country is expected
