Job Title : Consultant/Senior Consultant
Location: Fremont CA / Northbrook (Lisle), IL
Responsibilities
• Participate in client discussions, understand problem faced by client, and articulate same to internal stakeholders.
• Define and document problem and get customer agreement,
• Provide inputs based on secondary research,
• Give inputs on solution design based on areas of expertise
• Conduct product demonstration,
• Prepare effort estimates
• Conduct Requirement workshops, to Identify high level system and process changes,
• Act as a lead in small engagements
• Arrive at possible solution alternatives factoring in gap resolution, functional areas, acceptability of solution to user community, technical feasibility and efficiency.
• Analyze the requirements by demonstrating strong process/solution/product knowledge, IT scenario, implementation and technology constraints, look at end to end perspective with implications in related functional/product areas.
• Configure and customize PLM package based on solution specifications
• Lead detailed solution design in small engagements and review work of team members
• Test and Deploy solution
• Conduct knowledge transition sessions, maintain knowledge repository,

1. Must Have Skills/Certifications: Hands on experience (congiguration/customization) in Oracle Agile PLM package, Fair knowledge and skill in J2EE. Experience in any other PLM package will be an added advantage.
2. Domain Knowledge: Hi-Tech/Auto/CPG
Experience: Minimum 5 years
