To utilize your experience and drive requirements that need assessment, blueprint analysis, functional design, configuration, testing and post go-live activities for Utilities-specific CIS solution implementations. To work with a team of the best and brightest in the industry to deliver world-class solutions and oversee conversion activities, prepare production environment, communicate with software vendor to resolve issues, mentor and provide knowledge transfer to client technical staff, interface with third party vendors to facilitate technology transfer and manage the project areas on an Oracle CCB implementation. Key Responsibilities will include: leading Client Workshops, participating in requirements definition and analysis, participating in Functional Design activities, designing and Developing Business Process Flows, Report Design, Test Plan Development and Execution, Test Script Design and Development, Support Client Training and System Adoption, and Production Support and Issue Resolution. Required * High School Diploma/GED * At least 2 years experience in working in functional and/or technical implementation capacities within municipal and investor-owned utilities. * At least 2 years experience in implementing Oracle CCandB and/or CIS plus (one full lifecycle). * At least 2 years experience in leading cross functional design sessions. * At least 1 year experience in leading cross functional design sessions * At least 1 year experience in CCandB Product Architect and Designer * Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements) * English: Basic knowledge Preferred * Bachelor's Degree * At least 4 years experience in working in functional and/or technical implementation capacities within municipal and investor-owned utilities. * At least 4 years experience in implementing Oracle CCandB and/or CIS plus (one full lifecycle). * At least 4 years experience in leading cross functional design sessions. * At least 3 years experience in CCandB Product Architect AND Product Design * At least 3 years experience in Utility systems design * At least 3 years experience in Project Management * At least 2 years experience in leading cross functional design sessions * At least 3 years experience in CCandB Product Architect and Designer * English : Intermediate Additional information As the majority of our work is performed at client sites with significant travel required, applicants must live near major metropolitan airports.
