Oracle Developer – Cheshire
Oracle Developer required for a three month contract in Cheshire
Programme:
To upgrade the client Oracle E-Business solution from Release 11.5.10 to 12.1 including the following Oracle E-Business application modules:
o Warehouse Management System
o MSCA
o Inventory
o Procurement
o Payables
o Receivables
o General Ledger
o Oracle Workflow
• To review and rework, where necessary, the existing interfaces, customisations and reports.
• To review the existing configuration and amend where appropriate to gain benefit from improved R12 functionality
• To review the current business processes and revise as appropriate to gain benefit from R12 improved efficiencies
Responsibilities:
• To develop and revise to Oracle E-Business development standards interfaces, customisations and reports based on detailed design specifications provided by the Team Leader
• To peer review developed software and documentation
• To liaise with the team leader on development planning and management issues
• To support the testing process
• To assist in software version control
• To assist in the release of software into the SIT, UAT and PRD environments
Experience:
• Must have a thorough understanding of the Oracle E-business 12i Architecture and development technologies
• Must have at least 3 years' experience of developing interfaces, customisations and reports around Oracle e-Business.
• Must have experience of developing interfaces, customisations and reports around the following E-Business modules:
o Warehouse Management System
o MSCA
o Inventory
o Procurement
o Payables
o Receivables
o General Ledger
o Oracle Workflow
• Must understand and be able to develop Oracle Workflows
