My client, a leading Investment Bank requires an experienced oracle developer to join their leading regulatory reporting team working in a middle office environment.
The required candidate will have experience of working with Oracle PL*SQL in an investment banking environment.
The role is for an initial 6 months contract, but there is a real chance of extensions.
Required:
Oracle 910
PL/SQL
Stored Procedures, Database Design, Performance Tuning
Perforce or other source control tools
Software Development Best Practices
SDLC
Additional Languages / Tools (C#, Business Objects, ASP.NET, SQL, Sybase)
Scripting Languages (shell, perl)
Unix, Autosys, Windows scripting
Rate: Market rates ( £400 - 550 / day)
