Oracle E-Business - Security - Advisory - Sr. Manager
Full-time/Permanent position

A global Business Management Consulting firm is in need of a Senior Manager for its Oracle practice which provides customers with risk based assessments while delivering the following services:

•Oracle Application Security and Segregation of Duties
•Oracle Automated Application Controls Design and Enhancement
•ERP Software Selection
•Oracle Audits using assessment tools
•Implementation/Project Risk Management
•Oracle GRC Implementations

JOB DESCRIPTION
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for execution on client engagements and maintaining a strong relationship with senior client personnel. Must have a solid understanding of their client’s business and be able to demonstrate Oracle technical and functional competence. Ensure quality and satisfaction on engagements. Must be able to clearly articulate the value drivers of our business, and are responsible for developing opportunities both at existing clients and new clients. Responsible for job economics and for ensuring timely close and billing of projects.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE SKILLS
Required:

- Minimum 5 years consulting experience
- 2 years either in Oracle E-Business security role or in a functional auditing role of Oracle E-Business controls
- Substantial implementation functional team leadership experience and/or “Big 4” Audit experience in a technology audit/risk assessment practice specializing in Oracle
- Experience in Oracle security, knowledge of segregation of duties concepts, sensitive access and experience in user access security including configuration of Oracle
- Experience performing internal control reviews and risk assessments for customers running Oracle
- Working knowledge of business processes and application integration
- Assist on client needs assessments, delivery, and/or management of delivery of ERP package control solutions

Preferred:
- Experience implementing Oracle, while having exposure/interaction with process owners and SMEs is a plus
- Experience with core business processes including: Order-To-Cash, Purchase-To-Pay, and Financial Close business process scenarios
- Knowledge of the COSO or COBIT frameworks or related methodologies
- Knowledge of leading Oracle GRC Suite ideal
- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite components (Financials, Projects, Order Management, Human Resources, Manufacturing or Procurement) is ideal
- Experience in assessing an ERP installation in the context of a Sarbanes-Oxley compliance effort

EDUCATIONAL PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Accounting, Management Information Systems) required
- 7+ years in a related field required, preferably in professional services and/or industry
- Professional Certification such as CPA, CISA and/or any ERP certifications
- “Big 4” experience in a relevant area strongly preferred

ABILITY TO TRAVEL
•Travel throughout the month frequently required based on client requests/commitments
