NOTE: Tams has recently implemented Oracle E-Business Suite and we need a Finance Business Analyst who has the strong expertise in Oracle EBS financial modules (A/R, A/P, and GL). Experience on other modules such as Order Management, WIP, Inventory, Purchasing and costing is preferred. This is an IT position, which requires significant interaction with the business Users.

In this position, you will be responsible for business analysis and functional support of the application delivery lifecycle; Interact with users up to the highest level within the organization to analyze and understand business requirements; be the functional lead for requirements analysis and business process reengineering efforts, this includes facilitating group data gathering and decision making sessions; Develop optimum solutions based on extensive application functional knowledge and business knowledge, to fulfill user needs. Support authoring of requirements definition documents, technical design documents, and user acceptance testing documents; be responsible for troubleshooting production issues and working with the users and technical team to resolve in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

4 year degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent experience required.
5 years experience related to implementing and supporting Oracle EBS applications required.
Strong understanding of EBS Financial systems.
Good understanding of sub-ledger processes and accounting impact.
Knowledge of SLA preferred.
Strong customer focus.
Excellent troubleshooting/analytical skills.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
Organized with attention to detail.
Able to collaborate and function effectively in a team environment.
