IBM Global Business Services is seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Lead. This person is responsible for successful delivery of Oracle Financials deliverables to clients on Oracle engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. The Oracle Financials Lead will provide Oracle functional and configuration knowledge manage client relationships within context of the individual role. Responsibilities include leading a team of consultants who are documenting requirements and actively participating in design, configuration and testing of Oracle R12 implementation projects. Candidates should have led teams on at least 2 full life cycles with some hands-on configuration experience in multiple modules. Preferred candidates will have Oracle R12 Certification. Required * High School Diploma/GED * At least 3 years experience in Oracle application implementations, specifically financial modules. * At least 3 years experience in project life cycle methodology. * At least 3 years experience in Project Manager or Team Lead in Oracle Financials implementations. * Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements) * English: Basic knowledge Preferred * Bachelor's Degree * At least 5 years experience in Oracle application implementations, specifically financial modules. * At least 5 years experience in project life cycle methodology. * At least 5 years experience in Project Manager or Team Lead in Oracle Financials implementations. * English : Intermediate Additional information As the majority of our work is performed at client sites with significant travel required, applicants must live near major metropolitan airports.
