Oracle Financials Team Lead recruitment
The candidate would be expected to:
* Be responsible for system ownership of selected applications which includes overseeing that the SLAs are properly adhered to for Production Support, problem analysis and resolution, implementing any changes to the application resulting from either a project or change request.
*Work together and supporting the Project manager currently driving the APAC workstream of Global Finance Programme
* Be able to provide technical solutions and recommendations to business problems
* Manage engagements and liaison with business users as required.
Essential Skills
* Effective communications at all levels of the organisation
* Stakeholder management
* Service delivery experience
* Functional competency in Finance/HR domain
* Technical experience in ERP implementation and support, preferably Oracle Financials 11.5.10 or above
* Prior experience in managing production support team and definition of associated IT processes
* Ability to develop positive relationships with suppliers * Business analysis
* At least 5 years of solid working experience with sufficient exposure to the above
Desirable Skills
* Project management
* Technical exposure in any or all of these systems like HFM, OBIEE, OAF, Basware
* Managing business process change
