One of my Asset Management clients has recently implemented Oracle Financial and HR packages so are now looking for an experienced Oracle Financials Functional Consultant to join their Corporate IT team. The person will be responsible for small change projects across the Financial and HR modules including requirements gathering, implementation and change management.

Oracle Financial and HR packages are new to my client so if you are suitable for this role you will become the SME for the business. Hence why they require someone with deep knowledge and experience of Oracle packages, preferably GL, AP, AR, CM, iExpenses and AGIS modules.

Essential skills – Oracle – Financial and HR Modules

• Experience of working with Oracle Financials, preferably r12.
• Good Functional knowledge of Oracle GL, AP, AR, CM, iExpenses and AGIS modules.
• Knowledge of Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) is desirable.
• Knowledge of HFM, HPCM and Oracle Hyperion Planning (PBCS)

Functional Consultant / Business Analysis skills:

• Impact assessment of changes
• Analysis and documentation of requirements
• Interpret business requirements into system requirements.
• Design of the implementation of process and organisational changes
• Create functional specification documents for the development team.
• Co-ordinate testing and deployment of changes acting as interface between business and development team.
