POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide functional leadership and project management for the functional team responsible for system configuration, quality assurance testing, and production support of HCM systems including the Oracle HCM Suite. Partner with business to enhance applications and streamline processes.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
SPECIAL SKILLS, TRAINING, OR EXPERIENCE:
- Eight plus years related professional experience
- At least five years functional experience with Oracle 11i HCM application; two of those years in a lead position.
