POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide technical leadership and project management for the technical team responsible for development and production support of HCM systems including the Oracle HCM Suite. Partner with business to enhance applications and streamline processes.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
SPECIAL SKILLS, TRAINING, OR EXPERIENCE:
- Eight plus years related professional experience
- At least five years technical experience with Oracle 11i HCM application; two of those years in a lead position.
- At least one year Oracle R12 experience
- Experience with forms, package extensions, fast formulas, custom interfaces, APIs, personalizations
- Ability to interface with functional team to translate requirements into specifications and explain technical questions in business terms.
