Following a strategic roadmap to expand their Equities business in Asia, our client is a Tier-One Investment Bank in Singapore who wants to hire an experienced Oracle Pro*C Developer.
Working on a highly complex settlements system that accepts data from over a dozen front office systems and feeds it to external sources, you will join a cross-product technology team that aims to maintain and enhance the bank’s settlement systems and interfaces. Your main deliverables will be to provide high quality C, Pro*C and Oracle PL/SQL code in the building of new functionality and enhancements to the system. This is a role in which you can expect to gain excellent exposure to the middle office processes for the equities business.
We are looking for a database developer with demonstrable years Pro*C programming expertise and proven ability to write Oracle PL/SQL code. You must have exposure to the investment banking industry and are comfortable with structured software development and testing processes. Excellent communication skills in English is essential and in-depth knowledge of settlements systems is a definite advantage.
