Technical and Delivery
1. An ability to develop BI Solution Architectures in both sales and implementation environments is essential
2. Experience in Siebel or Oracle reporting tools - Essential
3. Experience in Siebel Analytics or OBIEE tool: configuring repositories, web-catalogs, Answers, Delivers, customizations, enhancements, productionalization of UI (stand-alone or pre-built analytics) solutions or similar systems and tools.
4. A working functional knowledge with Oracle eBusiness Suite and / or Siebel is preferred.
5. Implementation experience of Oracle BI Enterprise Edition would definitely be a key differentiator.
6. Know-how Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, database - Desirable.
7. Performance tuning skills on database, BI Analytics - an advantage.
8. Experience of ETL tools, especially Informatica or Oracle Data Integrator, is desirable
9. Full life-cycle project experience and experience of managing teams essential.
10. A desire to learn new technologies and stay current with evolving BI offerings is essential.
11. User and admin skills within Oracle BI suite - an advantage.
12. Understanding of data-warehousing and database concepts is essential.
13. Experience in creating and following delivery methodologies for documentation, build and testing standards is essential.
