SENIOR ORACLE SQL DEVELOPER REQUIRED TO JOIN TIER 1 INVESTMENT BANK BASED IN LONDON –
Oracle 11g database developer required to join exciting project, ensuring on-time delivery of quality code. The role will include both database development in PL/SQL and technical design.
The Oracle Developer will join a project that is a Global Finance Platform that standardises and integrates the daily and the monthly finance processes, providing a common view and query on the underlying data. The project uses a message based SOA architecture and Business Rules Management System.
Required Skills
- Significant Oracle PL/SQL coding experience
- Experience with complex ETLs written in PL/SQL
- Experience with source control and deployment control in large development project
- Some experience with tuning Oracle databases
- Previous data modelling and data flow design experience
Desired Skills
- Previous experience with OFSAA
- Exposure to the build process of an Oracle OLAP cube
- Precious experience with Oracle Warehouse Builder
- Previous experience with Informatica ETLs
- Familiarity with UNIX/Linux file systems
