- Experience in a team lead role during at least 1 full life–cycle project using the Oracle Fusion/SOA suite of products (e.g. Oracle BPEL, ESB, BAM) to integrate the Oracle eBusiness Suite with other systems.
- Experience leading small to mid–size teams (2 to 8 direct reports).
- Experience with Oracle's product line, Fusion Suite, RDBMS, Application and Application Server suite of products with the ability to discuss each with client executives.
- Knowledge of SOA concepts.
- Ability to perform analytic evaluation of a client's Oracle installation, knowing the appropriate questions to ask and understanding the impact of our client's response.
- Experience conducting an assessment of a potential client's situation and consulting opportunities; ability to identify the client's needs and how Deloitte can deliver the most cost–effective solution.
- Experience developing RICE (Reports–Interfaces–Conversions–Extensions) components.
