Order Entry Administrator Job in Greenville 16125, Pennsylvania US

Werner Co., a private company, is the world's largest manufacturer and marketer of ladders and other climbing products. We currently have an opening in our Greenville, Pennsylvania facility for an Order Editor Administrator.
 
You will be responsible for the processing of orders including calling customers to secure accurate data needed to complete the order entry process.  Your goal should be to maintain an average same day order entry metric.  You will also assist with customer correspondence regarding orders, delivery, status, pricing and products as directed by the Team Leader.  You will participate in all necessary training development programs; understand and adhere to corporate policies and procedures.  You also will participate in special projects and/or provide support to project teams regarding improvements or changes to existing programs as it relates to order processing.

 

Experience Education:  Required:  2-5 years of business experience with responsibilities in business administration, sales, and project management. Strong written and oral communication skills and knowledge of multiple software and business data systems. Associate should be detail oriented and able to adapt in a fast pace environment and comprehend overall business objectives for the entire company.
