Order Fulfillment Manager recruitment

This world leading enterprise for business and document management services is looking to hire an Order Fulfillment Manager for their Singapore office to lead a team of Order Fulfillment Specialists and Dispatchers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and manage Order Fulfillment process, system and resources to achieve smooth coordination for machine delivery, installation and user training in a timely manager.
- Manage Order Fulfillment Survey for necessary follow up and improvement.
- Help to manage customers' expectations when needed.
- Prompt attendance to customers' feedback, queries and complaints.
- Manage a team of Dispatchers for the dispatching of Engineers to serve customers' request for installation, break fix and regular services.
- IT system support and administration.
- Liaison with call centre and warehouse and vendors on operational issues.

Key Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree qualified with experience working in IT related industries
- Possess at least 5 years of customer service experiences and at least 2 years in managerial position.
- Experience in Order Fulfillment process and/or call centre operations and vendor management
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels.
- Good knowledge in MS Excel and able to produce statistical reports.
- Knowledge in Oracle management system will be an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic environment is essential
