Order Processer/Packer Job in Slough Sl1 1Pg

1.    Requirements for the job:

-       Attention to detail skills

-       Knowledge of English language at good level

-       Being fluent with working on a computer

-       Previous picking and packing experience essential.

 

2.    Check daily Boutique Unique London (BUL) folders on the computer and print of delivery notes/invoices and address labels from the ‘retail’ and ‘personnel’ folders.

3.    Pack all orders, using the correct postage rates and packing material for secure delivery.

4.    Log all outgoing mail into the mail book.

5.    Arrange couriers for deliveries as and when required.  Book courier via phone and complete document slips.  Keep a file of slips.

6.    Dealing with deliveries.

7.    Arrange ‘recorded delivery’ slips to be completed.

8.    Use Sage database – to add orders.

 

9.    Travel to the warehouse, to pick-up further stocks for the office and orders.

 

10.  Responsible for all stock control and rotation.

 

11.  Moving boxes from one location to the other, some heavy lifting involved.

12.  Manage inventory of all the beauty products.

13.  General house-keeping duties, keep working area tidy.

 

3 days a week, 9am-2pm
