A downtown company is seeking an Order Processor. Responsibilities include: charging for fraud, printing out labels, making order changes and cancellations. Responding to customer emails, making sure all customers are taken care of daily. International orders, provide quotes for shipping, etc.
Charge backs - review all charge backs on both paypal and through credit cards.
