As a Contracts Processor you will work closely with the Field and Inside Sales teams as well as Customer Care within the Auto Physical Damage business unit within Mitchell.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Utilize SalesForce to research client accounts and create or update contracts based on existing or new product subscriptions.
· Submit orders for newly requested products.
· Frequently work within Microsoft Excel and Word, SalesForce, NetSuite, and DocuSign to complete tasks effectively.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in contract negotiations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Strong attention to detail.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Professional demeanor and appearance.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Written Abilities: Proficient grammar, sentence structure and written communication skills.
Technical Experience: Proficiency in MS Excel and Word are required. Previous experience working with SalesForce, NetSuite, or DocuSign is a plus.
