Order to Cash Manager
Hays Senior Finance is currently recruiting for a 12 month temporary / secondment opportunity to join our clients Senior Finance Team as Order to Cash Manager. Within this role you'll have end to end accountability of the Order to Cash processes for their entities, plus responsibility for ensuring correct entries are made in the accounts for all cash transactions. Through effective credit management the role is ultimately in place to maximise cash collections efficiency, maintain control of appropriate ledgers and minimise cash leakage in the form of bad debt and write off.
Within the role you'll be responsible for the management of credit, collection cash management teams across 3 UK and Ireland locations, with approx. 40 employees in total so we're looking for a natural leader with experience in developing and training to achieve great results through your people.
With a postgraduate accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) you'll have a wealth of credit and collections experience in addition to a good understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodology (or similar.) Good ERP experience such as SAP, Sage ERP X3 or Oracle would be highly advantageous.
