ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER
An experienced Organisational Change Manager is urgently required by my client to work on a large scale organisational transformation project. This is a demanding and challenging opportunity which should appeal to ambitious, proven change managers who are looking for the opportunity to progress their career.
This innovative consultancy are regarded as experts in providing strategic Technology Consulting services… they are looking for experts in change management who are able to work on site with their prestigious portfolio of clients.
You must be a seasoned change manager with the following skills and experience:
* Managing organisation-wide transformation projects
* Must have experience operating as a consultant on a client site
* Define and undertake stakeholder engagement plans
* Define the communications and training approach
* With conducting training needs analysis
* Development of communication material
* Must have led software delivery and application development projects
* Must have experience managing projects in multiple sectors including Utilities, Telecommunications, Insurance, Transportation and Financial Services.
Package: up to £90,000 Basic + Benefits + Bonus
Location: UK Nationwide Travel required
This role requires candidates to work on client site and flexibility of travel is essential. It is also important that candidates come from a consulting background and have consulted on client site across a range of sectors.
