Organisational Designer / Modeller
My client is looking for an experienced Organisational Designer with strong senior Stakeholder Management skills. The role requirements include:
- Strong data skills (i.e. the ability to quickly understand data and identify trends and data exceptions), as well as an ability to analyst and present Management Information (MI)
- Strong report design skills using Business Objects Web Intelligence reports and in the use of the Business Objects InfoView presentation layer
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Knowledge of HR systems / processes (e.g. Organisational Management / Spans Layers), ideally HR SAP
- SQL scripting skills
