A little about the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Organisational Development Manager, you will be part of a fun, creative and dynamic team of OD consultants who are responsible for driving ME Bank’s high performance values based culture. This role will be responsible for designing, coordinating and facilitating ME Bank’s performance and leadership development programs. Revising existing material whilst bringing ideas of your own, this role will involve coaching, creating and facilitating leadership programs for senior, front line and new leaders and working consultatively with a team of experienced individuals.

A little about you:
ME Bank are looking for a candidate that has the ability to apply what they have learnt about themselves to achieve success in the workplace. This role requires you to review, design and facilitate existing training courses with the opportunity to bring and adapt your own material and tools. The ideal candidate will have experience with Project Management and Organisational Development, and be comfortable in managing and coaching stakeholders from across the full spectrum of the business. Confidence, strong facilitation skills and the ability to think on your feet will see you excel in this position!
Specific requirements:
- Extensive experience with Leadership Development and High Performance Training
- Exceptional people and presentation skills with the ability to coach, facilitate and train
- Display personal leadership qualities in alignment with the organisations cultural ideals
- Project management and Change/OD experience will be highly regarded
