We have a current requirement for an Organisational Wellness Programme Manager; responsible for undertaking business "health checks" covering processes, people and culture, clients and financials, to establish a programme of best practice and improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional project manager with extensive change management and business process re-engineering experience.
As Programme Manager you will have full responsibility for the day to day management of the organisational wellness programme of work for the UK. You will have the autonomy to engage with departments, identify current state and issues and develop a report with findings and recommendations for the course of action for improvement. Applicants must have excellent communication and relationship management skills combined with the ability to influence at senior management level. Key Responsibilities include:
- Management of the Operational Wellness Programme
- Establishment and monitoring use of materials and toolkits used in the programme
- Establishing a key set of benchmarks across the quadrants that can lead to benchmarking across the company
- Conducting key workshops and training staff on methodology for the Wellness Programme
- Driving the analysis required for the programme
- Presenting material to enable Steering Committee to see key opportunities
- Development of mutually-beneficial relationships with colleagues in Paris and in the UK
- Building cross functional teams to undertake the Programme
- Lead, train and monitor the progress of employees delivering the programme
