MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Analyst you will support our consulting teams by providing expertise and support on Organization topics, with a special focus on the area of Organization Design.
-Leverage growing expertise in the field, work on studies and publications, internal projects to further develop our expertise and tools, internal training, and present findings from this work.
-Act as a sparring partner for consulting teams, you will provide analyses and advise teams on redesign efforts
- Establish credibility with clients and other departments; take positions and draws conclusions on a range of external and internal issues
-Provide analytical services and best practice benchmarking
-Coordinate complex research, including internal external expert interviews
- Provides sophisticated synthesis and packaging of results (e.g., Excel data manipulation, client-ready PowerPoint slides)
- Support proposals, lead preparation and other marketing activities
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree (Required)
-Master's degree (Preferred )
- 3 or more years of relevant work experience in organization design, change management, or HR management (Required)
