RCS has an immediate need for an Organizational Development Associate for a long-term, contract assignment at Robinson Nuclear Plant near Hartsville, SC. A competitive package including holidays, per diem, mobilization and demobilization (if eligible) is available.
*Seeking an individual with 3-5 years relevant work experience in HR/OD that is looking to grow into the profession.
Description: Individual will assist the Organizational Development Manager in providing OD initiatives that will enable increased efficiency, effectiveness in organizational performance and alignment toward critical business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement OD initiatives that will enable organizational alignment toward critical business objectives.
- Assist with the implementation of change management strategies to support individual, team or organization-wide performance.
- Assist with training and development workshops for leadership.
- Support customized interventions that build leader and organizational capability, which drive sustainable change and transformational business results.
- Assist with identifying, tracking and analyzing metrics to measure organizational effectiveness solutions.
- Assist with methods to increase employee engagement.
Requirements:
- BS in Human Resources, Psychology, Education or related field of study.
- Understanding of Adult Learning Theory, Change Management and Team Dynamics.
