Origination Analyst recruitment
This is a great opening for a highly numerate graduate with at least 3 years work experience from within a Corporate Finance team at a Bank, major Consultancy or Utility.
The Origination team is reponsible for large long term deals rather than flow deals and the transactions can range from asset purchase to joint ventures. The Origination Analyst will be a key part of this team and will have responsiblity for assisting with the origination and structuring of transactions and business initiatives. You will need to interact with Trading and Pricing desks.
It is essential that you will have a first class degree in a numerate subject, Engineering, Economics or Finance along with work experience from within the Energy Markets that will include work on supporting Corporate Finance on large structured deals.
It is essential that you have highly developed Excel skills to value transactions and new initiatives.
