Origination Director – Power
The role includes:
Managing efforts to pursue equity participation in projects
Managing contract negotiations (PPAs, govt consents, EPC and OM agreements)
Team management/supervision
The successful candidate is likely to have:
IPP development and transaction experience – preferably with at least one successful close
Greenfield development experience, ideally gained in emerging markets
Joint Venture establishment and management
Due diligence process management
Risk management mitigation
Extensive experience working with lenders, financiers transaction lawyers
Minimum degree level qualified (ideally MBA)
Successful candidates may come from an engineering, modelling/financing or legal
transaction background
Relevant power sector experience, including renewables
FLUENT SPANISH IS VITAL
