Overview:
Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) comprises three businesses: Corporate Finance, Markets and Global Transaction Banking (GTB) and includes regional coverage in the Bank's key growth areas.
The Corporate Finance division provides corporations, financial institutions, supranational, sovereigns and agencies with customized solutions for their financial needs through an integrated coverage for capital markets, foreign exchange, commodities and derivative products.
Within Corporate Finance, Capital Markets and Treasury Solutions (CMTS) is the sales force which delivers financing, risk management, treasury products and solutions to our clients with a focus on Markets and GTB products.
Key Responsibilities:
*You will be responsible for preparing corporate profiles and analyzing the credit and fundamentals of companies
*Analysis of company balance sheets with the aim of assessing credit quality of the borrower
*Preparing pitches /presentations for client meetings
*Interacting with clients to offer solutions for financing issues
*Working with other desks to hedge some of the risk originated by the desk
You will have:
*A strong educational background through relevant undergraduate studies (or relevant international equivalent)
*A good understanding of corporate credit and balance sheet analysis
*A strong knowledge of financial products and markets, especially derivatives
*A good understanding of securitized products and structured finance
*Existing client relationships preferred
*Superior communication skills (written and verbal) with strict attention to detail
You will be:
*Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
