Full Time, Permanent
Impington, Cambridge
Up to £29,000 (plus unsocial hour enhancements)

Hays Healthcare is very pleased to be working alongside one of the UK’s leading providers of Private Healthcare in the UK. This award- winning organisation is looking for experienced Orthopaedic Theatre Nurses to join their team in their hospital in Cambridge. It is just a 15 minute drive out of Cambridge City Centre or 30 minutes via public transport.

I am seeking Theatre Nurses with experience in Orthopaedics and a minimum 1 year post registration experience to join the facility, which is made up of 5 theatres and a 58 bedded inpatient facility. As well as being experienced in the necessary field, the ideal applicant will be dedicated and extremely patient- focused. The hospital has been open for 25 years and the staff members have built a fantastic reputation for themselves and the hospital itself.

As a key component in a well- oiled team, it is important that a Theatre Practitioner should liaise regularly with other members of the team. The patients safety and well-being are in your hands during surgery, so it is imperative that any applicant has a communicative, organised and calm nature.

You will be NMC or HPC registered, possess a minimum of 1 year post- registration experience, experience in Orthopaedics and have up to date mandatory training.

My client can offer a competitive salary, 26 days Annual Leave, private medical cover, wellness screening and eyesight tests, pension, bonus and life assurance and many more fantastic employee benefits. This is a brilliant opportunity to become a valued member of a dedicated team.

For a quick, informal chat about the role please call Daisy Smith on 01132003705 or email daisy.smith@hays.com. If you know anyone that might be interested in the role, I would be happy to provide you with a referral bonus of £250 worth of High St. vouchers for any successful applicants.
