Current Needs: Currently seeking an experienced ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON,Total Joint Specialist. This is a full time, permanent position. Job Title: Orthopedic Surgeon with Total Joint Fellowship completed or in process (Board Certified) Active Virginia Medical License- (Or willing to get licensed) Job Description: · This is a total joint position, NOT a General Orthopod. The facility is seeking a fellowship trained total joint surgeon. · Base salary: $500k, plus productivity bonus first year potential is $100,000 - $150,000, 401K, profit sharing. · Signing Bonus - $50k · 2-year partnership track · The buy-in for partnership is $400,000. · MRI facility has an open, large, internal MRI physical therapy center. · Physician owned building, independently owned organization · Goal is to have this person stay for many years. · No trauma on call right now, the facility is on a 1 in 5 rotation of on-call. · Facility is only a few years old and is state of the art digital X-ray, open MRI, electronic medical records. · They understand this placement is holistic they want to bring potential candidates to the area to visit the region, meet the staff, visit hospitals where they would perform surgeries. · They also have a real estate agent on retainer to show candidates the area, including schools, desirable neighborhoods, shopping districts, etc.- RELOCATION Job Requirements: · Must be a Licensed Orthopedic Surgeon, Total Joint Fellowship preferred but we will consider candidates with any Total Joint experience. · Orthopedic Surgeon who is in process of completing Fellowship training next year would be acceptable.
