OTC Clearing Analyst recruitment

Description:
In the wake of the market dislocations in 2008 and into 2009, the OTC Derivatives Industry will be undergoing significant transformation. Particularly challenging will be the requirement to clear trades through Central Counterparties (CCP's), or Clearing Houses. Prospective candidates will be expected to reconcile complex cleared OTC products against BAMLs back office systems. This requires significant attention to detail with the ability to problem solve in a dynamic environment. Flexibility, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently are also critical traits.
This role also requires interaction with several internal and external areas, including Back and Middle Office Operations, Credit Risk, Treasury Operations, Marketers, Clearing Houses, and Client Services.
