My client is a global Tier 1 Investment bank who are the market leaders within the OTC Clearing space. They’re looking for a delivery focussed Programme Manager to lead a number of strategic change projects across OTC Clearing for Rates / Emerging Markets.
This is within their Derivatives Operations area, focused largely around the global implementation of all Rates Execution Clearing. The programme will cover trades executed in all major asset classes including Rates, Emerging Markets and Credit Derivatives for the Execution and Prime Services Businesses.
In such a senior and visible role you will be expected to lead by example to the other members of the team, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained and they keep their leadership status.
Key responsibilities:
- Owning the clearing execution programme
- Management of the business analysts within the OTC Clearing team
- Be the primary operations change team lead to ensure planning is in place in order to be compliant with regulations
- Partner with IT leads to ensure the technical development and planning is aligned with the Operations requirements and project plans.
Key skills/experience required:
- Candidate should have experience in project managing new business initiatives as well as being familiar with Exchange/Clearing houses change programs
- Programme Management/Project Management/Business Analyst background
- OTC Derivatives knowledge
- Clearing and regulatory initiatives
- Operations change background
- Process re-engineering around Trade Capture
- Relevant degree or equivalent
