Responsibilities:

• Act as day-to-day contact for clients. Ensure there is a good dialogue between the client and relevant GlobeOp departments. Maintain an issues list and work with clients to improve processes

• Work with the relevant GlobeOp teams in Mumbai to carry out the following daily functions;

• Liaise with the trade booking team to resolve issues with the client

• Monitor accuracy of trade settlements and resolve issues with the client

• Check reconciliations and resolve issues with the client

• Work with the collateral team on margin calls and resolve issues with the client

• Assist documentation team and resolve issues with the client

• Work with Valuations group to understand client requirements and provide valuations

• Act as escalation contact for any Month End OTC trade position reconciliations issues, to determine existence of all transactions to be included in the monthly NAV numbers.

• Liaise with the clients and GlobeOp teams to improve on efficiencies

• Work with counterparties to maintain and build new relationships.

• To help collate and produce Management Information Statistics and demo new applications or changes to clients.

• Ensure all GoCheck tasks are complete and up to date each day and that all clients’ mails have been monitored and actioned.

• Provide consistent remarkable service to clients and look at ways to improve the way in which the client carries out there daily tasks.

Skills Knowledge:

• OTC market, product and trade life-cycle knowledge is a distinct advantage

• Good time managements skills

• Clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communication skills

• Strong client service skills.
